Sometimes it’s not enough to fix your worn-out gage for the tenth time.
Sometimes it’s not enough to just pick a run-of-the-mill model off the shelf.
Sometimes you need something different.
You need flexible. You need unique. And we’re here to help.
The same know-how and top-notch equipment that made us a leader in dimensional inspection services also has us taking the lead in custom gage design and custom fixture design. Our Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience makes us particularly well-prepared for the task of designing and building custom in-process gages and fixtures for a wide variety of uses. We’ve designed and built precision measurement tools that gage anything from tiny medical devices to entire automotive chassis.
When you find yourself presented with a particularly difficult problem to solve, tough Production Part Approval Process to get through, or just need something plainly different from all the rest, let us help you by providing a quality, custom gage designed specifically for you.
Already have one you're satisfied with? No problem! We also do gage and fixture inspection and repair. We know things happen. Gages and fixtures break down, wear out, or start losing accuracy. But we’re here to help. Our proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) not only helps us design and create custom gages, but also allows us to keep existing ones in top shape. We can perform a full gage inspection on all your gages on a yearly, bi-yearly, or whenever-you-need-it basis, giving you peace of mind by ensuring that these necessary tools are always working in perfect accuracy.
Please note that we do not perform repairs on bore gages, calipers, micrometers, and similar products. We repair special in-process gages, and currently do not work on electronic equipment.

We designed this custom fixture to measure four features with go no-go gages for a seed hopper for farm equipment.

This gage does repair and calibration for automotive bumper componenets. Upon measuring from the CAD model, we discovered it was out of spec and were able to make adjustments to restore it to the original design.
We designed, built, and supplied a CMM program for this custom 64-cavity medical component. Our complementary machining and machine building experience helps us to provide our clients with simple, fully-functional products.
